This timber frame rendered rear extension was over an existing ground floor and featured a beautiful reclaimed slate roof. The bathroom and bedroom featured bespoke fitted wardrobes which added to the longevity of the cottage to create a larger second floor. This forward thinking approach was appreciated by the client, who appreciate the space they have.
